Kundalini kriyas are sets of exercises using pranayama (focused breath), postures, movement, stretches, meditation, mantra and relaxation. They are set with specific intention.
The kriyas work with balancing the energy within the body creating a union of mind, body and spirit. This class is open to all levels.
