Tai Chi (or Tai Ji Quan) combines slow and gentle but powerful movements that began in
China as a Wu Shu (martial art). It sometimes described as “moving meditation” or
“Exercise Therapy”. Each day, you will add on to an easy and simple routine to form
the 24 Forms Tai Chi, a short version of Yang-style tai chi composed of twenty-four
unique movements.

Sherry Zhang used to work for China Wu Shu Association, as a certified Tai chi Quan instructor
by China Wu Shu Association; now is a faculty member at the Pacific College of Oriental
Medicine in New York, teaching Tai Chi and Health Qigong.
