WHAT IS A COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE CLINIC?
Community acupuncture provides individualized acupuncture treatment at affordable rates in a community setting.
The purpose of our sliding scale is to separate the issue of money and treatment; we want you to come in often enough to really get better and stay better! The table below contains suggested guidelines for what you might pay depending on your income; however, we understand that everyone’s situation is different, and our primary goal is keeping acupuncture affordable to you. Ultimately you decide what best suits your budget within the scale.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Because this is a community clinic, there will be other people getting treated at the same time as you. Please arrive a few minutes early for your treatment. If you are running late, please call and let us know – we may be able to still see you at some point during the practitioner’s shift, but we cannot guarantee this. If you do not call, please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be able to be seen by the practitioner and will be charged a no show fee of $25 for Return Patient visits, $35 for New Patient visits, or 50% of the applicable service rate.
We ask that you please keep conversation to a quiet minimum and turn your cell phone off! We also ask that you refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes or lotions. Loose fitting clothing allows for ultimate comfort. Mainly, we ask that you respect the healing process of yourself and others.
Please be advised that if you do not show up, are more than 10 minutes late, or do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $25 fee for Return Patients, $35 for New Patients, or 50% of the applicable service rate, for the late cancellation/missed appointment.
